Admin User Directory
The Users page is an admin-only area for reviewing registered Mailrith users. Non-admin users do not see this navigation item. The directory helps administrators understand who has accounts, whether those accounts are verified, and whether action is needed.
Admins can search users, filter by verification state, and export the directory for internal review. Use this page for product administration, not day-to-day workspace collaboration. Workspace-level collaborators are managed on the Team Members page.
If your goal is to add or remove someone from a workspace, use Team Members instead. The admin Users page is for platform-level account review.
Search, Filter, and Export Users
- Click Users in the Admin section of the left sidebar.
- Use Search registered users when you know a user's name or email address.
- Use the verification filter to narrow the list to All users, Verified users, or Unverified users.
- Review the matching rows before taking action so you do not confuse users with similar names.
- Click Export CSV when you need a point-in-time user list for an internal review.
- Search: find users by name or email address.
- Verification filter: review all users, verified users, or unverified users.
- Export: download a user list for internal reporting or account review.
A user being registered does not mean they can access every workspace. Workspace membership and workspace permissions are controlled separately.
Suspend a User
Suspending a user blocks that account from signing in and using Mailrith. Use suspension when an account must no longer access the product, such as after abuse, account compromise, or an administrative decision.
Suspension is stronger than removing someone from a workspace. Removing workspace access only affects that workspace. Suspension affects the user's ability to access Mailrith at all.
Before suspending, confirm you have the correct user account. Check the email address carefully, especially when multiple people share similar names.
- Click Users in the Admin section of the left sidebar and search for the exact email address.
- Confirm the user record is the account you mean to suspend.
- Review why suspension is needed and whether workspace removal would be enough instead.
- Click the row action labeled Suspend.
- In the Suspend User dialog, confirm the decision by clicking Suspend User.
- Record the reason in your internal process so another admin can understand why the account was blocked.
Best Practices
- Use the Users page for platform-level account review.
- Use Team Members for workspace-level collaboration and permissions.
- Export users before major administrative reviews so you have a point-in-time record.
- Only suspend accounts when you need to block the user from the product, not merely remove them from one workspace.
