The public pricing page shows the current public plans from product pricing settings, plan limits, the Agency add-on, the cost calculator when a monthly Solo price is available, and FAQ answers. New accounts choose from configured Solo, Pro, or Agency checkout plan intervals when they start a trial or checkout. The Agency add-on is shown for pricing context, but it is not sold by itself; Agency customers manage add-on quantity from the account Billing page.

## Plan Limits And Included Capabilities
- Solo: unlimited Subscribers, unlimited emails in Mailrith, 1 workspace, owner access only, an email delivery service connection, no add-ons available, and email delivery setup help included.
- Pro: unlimited Subscribers, unlimited emails in Mailrith, 5 workspaces, 5 team members, an email delivery service connection, no add-ons available, and email delivery setup help included.
- Agency: unlimited Subscribers, unlimited emails in Mailrith, 15 workspaces, 15 team members, an email delivery service connection, Agency add-ons available, and email delivery setup help included.
- Agency Add-On: available only to Agency customers from the account Billing page; each add-on adds 1 workspace and 5 team members; it is not sold as a standalone pricing-page checkout.

The pricing page includes a cost calculator that adds the current monthly Mailrith plan to an example Amazon SES outbound message charge based on the number of Subscribers and emails sent per Subscriber. Users enter the current price of another email marketing platform themselves.

The pricing page explains that the total cost is the Mailrith plan plus any charge from the email delivery service. It includes setup help below the cost calculator. Customers can contact Mailrith for help choosing a service, connecting it, and getting Mailrith ready to send.

Mailrith does not include email delivery volume in its pricing. Customers connect their own email delivery service and are responsible for that service's separate costs and compliance requirements.
