The delivery connection, reply-to address, tracking, UTM fields, and schedule should match the campaign purpose.
Overview
The send step is where a draft becomes a real message. Slow down here. You are choosing who receives the email, who the email comes from, what Mailrith tracks, and when Mailrith sends it.
The delivery connection sets the From identity and the email delivery service Mailrith uses for the send. The reply-to address sets where subscriber replies go. Tracking controls what Mailrith can report after the send. UTM fields help outside analytics tools identify traffic from the email.
What to Check
- Choose the enabled delivery connection assigned to the current workspace.
- Confirm that the From name and From email are the sender identity subscribers should see.
- Use a reply-to address that your team checks.
- Keep open and click tracking enabled when you need campaign reporting.
- Use UTM fields when you need website analytics to separate email traffic from other traffic.
- Check the final recipient count after Mailrith applies include and exclude rules.
