Connect and Test an Email Delivery Connection
Create a Mailrith delivery connection, save the email delivery service credentials, assign the connection to the correct workspace, and send a test email.
Overview
Mailrith manages sender setup in Email Delivery Connections, not inside the campaign editor. Create the sender connection once, then reuse it in broadcasts, sequences, and automations.
Set up the delivery connection before you build a campaign. This prevents you from finishing a campaign and then finding that the sender is not verified or the connection is assigned to the wrong workspace.
What to Do
- In Mailrith, open the workspace that should use the sender.
- Click
Email Delivery Connectionsin the left sidebar. - Click
Create Connectionin the page header. - In
Select Email Delivery Service, choose the email delivery service you prepared. - In
Connect Email Delivery Service, enter the connection name, From name, From email, workspace assignment, and credentials for that email delivery service. - Click
Save. - From the connection row, click
Send Test Email, then send a test email to an inbox you can check. - Click
Webhookson the connection row, then follow the email delivery service setup instructions so bounces and complaints can flow back to Mailrith.
